This one is a special one people. We have 2 amazing guests joining us. We will start the evening off in the garden with @setanddriftshellfish serving up their incredible Fjordlux oysters they so beautifully grow in the intertidal waters of Washington’s north Hood Canal. Then sit down to a 3 course family style meal of all the Spring things beautifully paired with @billy_bbq delicious wines. Bill Snyder is a super talented winemaker specializing in white and rosé wines and loves sourcing fruit from conscientiously-farmed vineyards with distinctive natural features. He uses a non-interventionist winemaking style to allow his wines to serve as time capsules for where and when the grapes were harvested.
